About Course

In this lesson, Dr Ann Gillies talks about Complex Traumatic Stress Disorder (CTSD) in comparison to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), how to predict psychological trauma, the diagnoses Acute Post-Traumatic Stress (APTS) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), the Core Symptom Clusters of Complex Traumatic Stress Disorder (CTSD) and its effects such as dissociation, de-realisation, de-personalisation, identity alteration and the limitations that early childhood trauma creates on emotion regulation, all described in conjunction with the Christian doctrine of the Spirit, Soul and Body.
