About Course

This workshop introduces psychodramatic and experiential techniques that bypass cognitive defenses and access deeper emotional struggles. With a focus on attachment and identity development, attendees will learn how to guide clients through roleplay, sculpting, and reenactments to foster healing, reframe shame, and support integration. These strategies are not only effective for intervention but are highly adaptable for prevention programming—helping at-risk youth build emotional resilience and develop secure attachment patterns. Special attention will be given to approaches that are developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive, and trauma-aware.
